[Academic] New PhD students on campus

Dear All,

A number of colleagues have contacted me asking if new PhD students will 
be allowed access to our buildings/campus, given the present 
restrictions in place. I understand that a University communication on 
this (based on the latest Scot Gov advice) will be issued either later 
today or tomorrow.
