Dear Alison,
4 things from me:
1. I'd like to add "or discuss" to "You should not share or discuss answers by any means"
2. Typo on p2 - "Please take a note of these BEFORE the day of your assessment. "
3. Point 1 .The comment about the paper differing is only relevant to those using random numbers - I'm not, so its not correct to say "will" - please change to "This may differ from"
4. Point 5. I hadn't heard of an EXIF field is - shouldn't this be explained. What about a scanned pdf if the students have a scanner - isn't that preferable and does it have the same timestamp
Who do we contact about the phone redirect?
Regards
Rob

Subject: [Academic] Exam guidance for students
Dear All,
We would like to send the attached guidance about exams and, in particular, how to mitigate internet problems, to students sitting final exams by the end of the day. Please let us know if you have anything to add.
For info. estates can set up re-directs from office phone numbers to home/mobile numbers for emergency contact during exam times so we would like staff to provide their office number on the exam page, as well as a back-up departmental number (to be confirmed) please.
Thanks.
Best regards,
Alison
