[Academic] Exam guidance for students

Dear All,

As per below request, can those who have assessments in the exam period, 
see attached, who have not yet replied send by return:

1) their work Ext number

2) the personal number to which this will be directed during the exam 
period in event that student needs to contact them

3) the period from which this re-direct can me made (obviously needs to 
cover their exam period)
