Dear All,

If you are involved in a PH 550 or PH 570 Viva then please operate as follows

1. Ask students to join at 10 minutes past the hour, this will give you opportunity to address any significant marks differences for the reports
2. Vivas will be 45 minutes long.
3. Allow students 5 minutes to give an overview of their work.
4. Ask the students questions for 40 minutes, do not stray too far off topic, allow students to reference their paper but do not expect students to be able to work through material on paper as would be done in an office.
