The Philip Leverhulme Prize scheme via the Leverhulme Trust is now open for applications. Please see https://www.leverhulme.ac.uk/philip-leverhulme-prizes for further information including eligibility criteria. I note that Physics is one of the subject areas for 2021.

If you are interested in being nominated for this Prize by the HoD, I request that interested candidates send me (g.mcconnell at strath.ac.uk<mailto:g.mcconnell at strath.ac.uk>) their CV no later than 5pm on Friday 19th February for internal triage within the Department. We will operate a selection process based on the submitted documentation, and we aim to complete this process by the end of February to allow plenty of time to prepare the nomination.
