Hi Everyone

Just to let you know that I will be finishing up this week for a two week break.

Can I please ask that if you have grants closing this month that you check the balances on FMS and you take appropriate action to ensure that your grants are either fully spent, transfers made or that you have arranged an extension.  If transfers have to be made, please coordinate these through Catherine and please give the team as much time as possible to process them.

ATAs will be signed off in my absence by Gabrielle.

CPMs will be authorised by Gail as usual but can you allow her some additional time to make the necessary checks in my absence.
