[Academic] Semester 2 Formal Assessment guidance and deadlines

Dear All,

Thanks to those who have provided the information requested below on the 
Exam preparation spreadsheet.

We need you to submit this information now. Please can you do so via:

If you do not have a Google account and you cannot edit it directly by 
openning with 'Google sheets' (on the top bar of openning page) please 
just send me the info in the column headings and I will update.

Please note that details of settings for the Myplace quiz format: 
Timing, Grade, Layout, Question behaviour, etc, will be sent to you to 
allow a final update & check before the assessment quiz is ready for the 
students.
