[Academic] Semester 2 Formal Assessment guidance and deadlines

Dear All,

Two links, /Exam Quiz Checklist/ and /Additional Requirement 
Adjustments/, have been added to the top of the /Exam information 
Semester 2 2021 /toggle in the Physics Playground on Myplace (see below).

These give important information for the forthcoming Myplace exams. They 
will help ensure your exam will work on the day. Please, *make sure you 
read them* and edit your exam settings accordingly.
