[Academic] explanation on invitation to PGT pre-board and material for PGT board on Thursday

Dear All

Apologies, if the instructions or better non-instructions for the PGT 
pre-board have been confusing. Probably you recall that the PGT boards 
had no pre-boards in pre-Covid days. Faculty guidance suggested last 
year to do pre-boards but the idea had been to limit it to a discussion 
of circumstances and suggestion of decision by a small group involved in 
teaching management in order to reduce time load on members of staff. 
Hence no general link was going out. I apologize to those who searched 
for it as the original holding advice contained information on board and 
pre-board.

Thank you very much for your efforts to support the PGT students this year.

The PGT board is on Thursday, 3/6/21, 14.00 and should be indeed 
attended by all members of staff involved in PGT teaching.

The board material will appear on I:\Physics\1stPGTBoard.
