[Academic] Resit timetable & draft guidance for students

Dear All,

The final version of the timetable and the guidance for students are 
attached (the latter slightly modified from previous version - so please 
use attached). These are available to staff & students on the Myplace 
Physics Covid-19 Info page:

I will inform students that these are now available. I will also let 
students know that they should contact the module cordinators for 
further information on their assessments.

A suggestion for the Myplace toggle which the students will work from

A suggestion for the top of the exam script states clearly the exam 
duration and the upload time:

Note that we will need to arrange telephone transfers for those not on 
campus from your office to a personal number, as was done for the 
Semester 2 exams.
