Hi

I am sending this email to remind you that from Tuesday last week the admin team is now one person short and this is likely to be the case for the next couple of months.   This is an extremely busy time of the year for us all and I would ask for your patience as we go through the process of finding a replacement.

We have a number of priorities that need to be addressed during this period and with lower numbers this will be very challenging.  Can I please ask you to prioritise essential matters in the first instance and where possible leave non essential matters to a later date.  Please also where possible give plenty of notice and not leave requests to the last moment (not always easy I know!).
