[Academic] Approval for visitors

Message for academic staff:

Please note that all external visitors to the University still need to go through a process that includes approval by the Dean, risk assessment etc.

Please allow a week's notice for this, noting that approvals are supposed to be processed on Thursdays by the Faculty office.

The only short notice requests that can be managed from now on will be those involving the Principal's Office or urgent repairs to equipment.
