Hi All,

As the end of term approaches, this is a reminder to set an out of office message for internal emails from students while you are on leave.

The faculty tells students to expect responses to email in two working days. The example below is a way to avoid student problems during the festive period or if out of contact at other times.

You can set this via Settings -> Email -> Automatic replies on the outlook.office.com<http://outlook.office.com/> page, under the File menu on outlook or via the app by clicking the Strathclyde logo -> settings icon -> you email address.

Adapt as required.

Best
John

An example of the internal message used by one of our colleagues is:

I am currently out of the office until January the 10th. I will do my best to respond to your email when I return.
