Dear All,

The visualizers that we have for hybrid teaching are the Ipevo 4k:
https://www.ipevo.com/products/v4k. You should be able to get all the
instructions and links to the software from their website. While the
visualizer will probably work straight out the box, the software
provides added functionality so is well worth the installation.

The visualisers are currently kept in the SUPA room and only 2 are
likely to be in use at any time so there should be the chance to try
them out if you want.

For anyone wanting to see how these can be used for hybrid teaching I've
set up a zoom for tomorrow at 2pm from JA3.27:

Meeting ID: 857 0222 8526
Password: 582068

It won't be very exciting, but I can show you how to use the
visualizer/document camera to share working with students in the room
and zoom simultaneously. I can also show you how to share PPT slides
simultaneously - if I can remember!

Best regards,

Alison
