[Academic] IMPORTANT: CPMs

Hi

Can I please ask that when requesting that I check your CPMs before submitting you place the CPM no. in the subject field of the email.

This ensures I recognise the subject matter immediately and prioritise this task within the departmental timescale.

Like everyone I receive lots of emails and I don't always recognise when a CPM requires checking.  I don't want to miss a deadline as a result.
