[Academic] Fellowship Applications

Dear all,



I've been speaking to Stefan about the fellowship application process.



In future, when you have to provide the HoD email address for fellowship applications, please always use the physics-hod at strath.ac.uk<mailto:physics-hod at strath.ac.uk> address rather than Stefan's personal email address.



That way, Catherine and I can access it in Stefan's absence and we can avoid any delays when the HoD signature is needed.  If a letter of endorsement from the HoD is needed, then it should be drafted by the line manager or whoever is in the best position to write it, and then Stefan's signature can be added.
