Good morning,

I hope that you all had a good weekend?

I was in touch with our account manager on Friday and she’s informed me that we have until the 8th May to use up our tokens. We still currently have 9 left, so they will be used up on a first come, first served basis until the 29th of April (or earlier if they are used up before). This means that we’ll have a week before the deadline to use the remaining tokens for any last minute opportunities.

I’m just following up on Jemma’s email from last month (pasted below).

We still have many tokens left for FindAPhD.com, so please could you confirm if your department will not be using these and we will reallocate them as required.

Grace, Angela and Julie - I realise that there are still some proformas in progress, so I’ll look out for these too.

We are allocating 4 tokens to each Department and these opportunities can remain live on the FindAPhD.com for a year (or shorter if you have an earlier deadline).

To get your opportunities added to the system, please complete the attached FindAPhD Project template form with all the details that are required for your opportunity to be added to FindAPhD.com. This form should be completed for all the opportunities and sent back to Juliette Lang (cc’d) by Friday 14th January and she will then review the content and then upload the opportunities to FindAPhD.com.  If details of opportunities are confirmed earlier please send them back when available and they can begin to be uploaded to the website.
