Dear All,

Please find below information about the next (and forthcoming) Researcher Meet-Up sessions, that might be of interest.

Best wishes,

Lucia

Dear colleagues,

Do you know what you would do if you’d find out your colleague has falsified data? Or where to look for guidance on who should be on your publication’s author list? Or what the Research Code of Practice actually says and why it is relevant for you?

If you’re unsure about any of these or other research integrity-related questions, then join us for our next ‘Researcher Meet-Up<https://bookings.strath.ac.uk/Home/Course/5948>’ session on the 31st March 2022, 11am-12pm.

Led by colleagues from the Research Integrity Team at RKES, we will be do a whistle-stop tour of the topic of Research Integrity – exploring different aspects from authorship and trusted research to research ethics and misconduct, what you need to know about it as a researcher and where you can find additional support. As usual, there will also be lots of time for questions, discussions and a bit of informal networking.

Please also feel free to check out some of the other Researcher Meet-Up sessions coming up over the next few months with topics, including Collaborating with Industry<https://bookings.strath.ac.uk/Home/Course/5949>, Social Media for Research Impact<https://bookings.strath.ac.uk/Home/Course/5950> and the Research Excellence Framework (REF)<https://bookings.strath.ac.uk/Home/Course/5951>.

The Researcher Meet-Up is a monthly event series open to all research staff members and others with an interest, so please make sure to spread the word and bring your colleagues along.

If you have any questions or comments, you can get in touch via email to maria.weikum at strath.ac.uk<mailto:maria.weikum at strath.ac.uk>.
