[Academic] Semester 2 class tests

Dear All,

If you are planning to use a tutorial slot in semester 2 to hold an 
in-person class test and need to combine your small-group tutorials into 
a single room could you please let Claire know when you plan for these 
to take place as soon as possible so that she can adjust the timetable 
room bookings accordingly. Please also let her know what room 
requirements you are likely to have for any students with disabilities 
taking these tests.

If possible, please coordinate with other modules in your year group so 
that the assessments are reasonably distributed.
