[Academic] Project marking website

Dear All,

For those of you who marked PH550/570 projects in January you will have noticed that I reconfigured the way the marking website works. If you have any suggestions for changes then please let me know. I have already addressed the issue where you need to enter your DS username twice and this will be implemented in the version that will be  used for PH450 in April.
