[Academic] Urgent: Myplace module pages

Dear All,

We have been made aware that some students have been able to access 
material from previous year's Myplace pages. On checking, it appears 
that many Myplace pages for previous years are currently fully opened, 
with guest access turned on, even if the module organizer had closed 
them at the start of this academic year.

While we contact learning technologies to investigate this further, we 
strongly encourage you to make sure that your Myplace pages from 
previous years are closed, and guest access turned off. It may also be 
sensible to check that you are not using assessments from previous 
years, particularly where the solutions were made available, as this 
year's students may have been able to access these.
