The next Physics graduation ceremony will take place on the Tuesday 20 June 2023 at 3.00 pm in the Barony Hall. Could I encourage as many of you as possible to take part in the Academic Procession - as you know the students and their families really appreciate it! Subject: [all-staff-aca] Registration for June 2023 Degree Congregations is now OPEN

Dear Colleague

Graduations are the high point of the University calendar.  They are an opportunity for the University to come together and celebrate the success of our students, our teaching and our wider University family.

There are 18 Congregations taking place in June 2023 and it is as important as ever that as many people as possible attend and process to add to the atmosphere for all the graduands and their families.  The schedule of ceremonies, indicates on which date and at what time each of the faculties and departments will have their ceremony.   You are welcome to attend as many of the ceremonies as possible.

This is a two stage process.  One, to register your attendance online to participate in the Academic Procession and two, to order academic dress with Ede &Ravenscroft (if required).

The deadline for submitting details is 26 May 2023.
