Could you please all fill out the attached template for the new class information sheet.

Please complete and return this, so the class catalogue can be updated for your module, if possible before Friday the 18th of August.

Lecture-based modules are expected to contain 40% of continuous assessment in years 1 and 2 and 20% in later years. This cannot include attendance marks.

Please complete a separate version of the information sheet for each unique module code that you teach (i.e. for shared undergraduate and MSc modules, fill in separate versions. For example, these could then have differing assessments or outcomes such that the latter is a level 9 module).
