[Academic] Strathclyde Physics guest lectures

Dear All,

Please join me in thanking the Physics Society, and in particular Matt Wilson, for the fantastic job they did in organising and hosting the lecture by Prof. Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell last night. There were more than 100 attendees and Jocelyn was delighted by the warm reception that she received.

We're hoping to be able to invite more high profile speakers for the next series of the Physics Society guest lectures, so if you know someone that would be suitable please get in touch with Matt (matthew.wilson at strath.ac.uk<mailto:matthew.wilson at strath.ac.uk>) and let him know.
