[Academic] Annual leave records

Dear All

The new HR/Payroll system is due to be launched in 2025. Within the system specification, there will be an annual leave tracking element, which ultimately should leave to fairer and transparent annual leave processes across the University and will hopefully increase access to Management Information relating to peak annual leave times, unused annual leave and other helpful insights.

This system is due to be launched mid-way through the annual leave year.  To ensure an easier transition for staff and departments when the new system and its capabilities are launched at this point in time, accurate annual leave records will be essential.

I would be grateful if you could report your holidays to me for 2024-25 starting from 1st October so that I have the up to date information in days taken to provide HR when the new system is introduced.
