Later than promised/planned - details of progress reviews for PhD students who are at/around the end of year 3 of their PhD (supervisors are cc-ed for information):
* Reviews involve a brief (15 min) meeting with the PGR tutor (me) to discuss progress with writing the thesis, with PG Cert requirements and project completion in general.
* The meeting is one-to-one between student and PGR tutor - it is *not* a viva and supervisors do not need to be involved.
* Students should ensure that their year 3 annual review has been completed on SPIDER with draft thesis plan/content uploaded etc.
* If thesis submission is expected within 1 month then a review is not required - just let me know.
To schedule your review :
1. Go to the scheduling page at YouCanBookMe (https://year-3-phd-progress.youcanbook.me) and select your preferred day/time during this week or next week.
2. YouCanBookMe will generate emails and calendar invitations for attendees. You can amend or cancel your booking if required.
If you cannot find a suitable slot this week or next week, please get in touch with me to make alternative arrangements.
The default meeting location will be JA709 (my office). If anyone wants/needs to meet remotely please use the following link :

Thanks & regards
Gordon
