As you may have heard, the provider of the University's costing and pricing systems is terminating support and the University is in the process of identifying a new system.  I have been asked by RKES to circulate the message below regarding the process and opportunity to provide feedback.

"A business case was submitted for a strategic project across the University to procure a replacement system for the Costing and Pricing module that is within FMS. I'm pleased to say that the project was approved by Court on 29th November and the project will officially start in January.

I am getting in touch to share the project SharePoint page and hoping you will push this out across your departments.

This page will continue to be developed as the project progresses. For the moment the page presents an opportunity for anyone to engage with the supplier demonstrations we have had to date and provide some feedback.

The next opportunity will be to review the outputs of the Shaping the Future Workshops that took place in November again providing an opportunity to input to the challenges faced and the features a new system might enable before the project goes out to procurement in early February. "
