Just to warn you of two mornings when FMS and Pegasus will be unavailable so they can update the systems.  Please see below.

Note also that they are looking to use 3rd Tuesday every month for such upgrades going forward.

Dear colleagues,

Kimberley Bruce, Head of Student Experience Systems and Data, has just messaged me to inform me of another ORACLE Patch and the Corporate Ops Team need to identify suitable dates. Please see message below.
The dates for the Oracle Patch will be TUE 18 FEB and there will also be a planned systems release on TUE 18 MARCH.  Please circulate dates within your team for awareness. There will also be comms via Inside Strathclyde and a system outage webpage is being established for staff and students (although students shouldn't notice!)
On each of these dates there will be Pegasus/FMS downtime for a morning - the VLE/MyPlace and email will remain operational.
Going forward the Corporate infrastructure team are looking to establish one day per month for patching and upgrades, which is likely to be 3rd Tuesday/month so if you can take note going forward that these dates are likely to experience some system disruption for planning purposes that would be great!
Please can you let me know if there will be any issues with the above plans.
