Some of you will be aware that the Faculty have introduced a new KE costing model. Fortunately the new model is significantly more straightforward to use and much more transparent in its distribution.



Colin and I will be running two short sessions giving a brief introduction to the new model and overview of the budget distribution.

Friday 24 January, 11:00-11:30, JA 8.11

Thursday 30 January, 11:00-11:30, TIC Meeting Room 316



I strongly encourage you to come along to either of the sessions if you can - they won't take long. Please also share with members of your team who would benefit from attending.



I'd be grateful if you could confirm attendance at either session. The session invites are attached.
