Sorry for hijacking the eFIRST email list - would it be possible to promote the event below across staff. It would be good to have strong Science Faculty representation here.  Two members of our ESD Science Faculty WG members will be presenting flash talks on some best practices on ESD from the Science Faculty.

If you could promote widely across your departments to encourage staff to attend it would be much appreciated.

Strathclyde Sustainability Week 2025 – Event for Teaching

ESD, Me and a Cup of Tea: Relaunch

Thursday 27th March 2025

Mandela Auditorium, StrathUnion

The Centre for Sustainable Development would like to invite you to our event, ESD, Me and a Cup of Tea!

This symposium provides teaching staff from across all Faculties a forum to share their experiences in implementing Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) across their curricula.

We will have lightning presentations from 2 members of staff from each Faculty to showcase the excellent work for embedding ESD. This event is a great opportunity to learn from your colleagues, and gain valuable tips and advice on how you can enhance your teaching of ESD.

This is an in person event held in the Mandela Auditorium, StrathUnion. 1.30-3.00pm. Lunch will be served from 12pm, and a networking opportunity will be provided.
