[Academic] Upcoming courses for staff

I just wanted to highlight three upcoming courses which may be of interest to staff:

For female staff -  Aurora leadership development programme (online)

For all staff - Allyship Training (online)
On 26 Mar, 2-3:30pm, this session covers the basics of allyship, why it matters and practical ways to become an effective ally to marginalised groups focussing on sexism and racism, through interactive activities and group work. More info here<https://bookings.strath.ac.uk/Home/Course/6482>.

For line managers, but all welcome - Supporting Carers in the Workplace (online)
On 31 March, 3-4pm, an online awareness session focused on understanding and supporting colleagues with caring responsibilities.  This event is open to all colleagues; however, a particular welcome is extended to anyone with managerial or supervisory responsibilities as part of their role.
