[Academic] PH952 project allocation

Dear All
Thanks again for providing projects for the MSc students. If you didn't supply a bespoke project receive and didn't receive a notification on allocation, you won't have a student over summer.

There is one student unallocated who wants to do a project in the fusion/plasma area, but he won't progress to project before August due to circumstances. We will deal with him later.
