Resolution Details:
End User Resolution:
This was due to a problem experienced today with enrolments on Myplace. Every morning Myplace updates it's enrolments on classes from the data in the student and staff database.
This morning there was an issue with this synchronisation process which resulted in many students being in a 'suspended' state in their Myplace classes. We have rerun this update and students have access to their classes in Myplace. This process was completed by 1430 on 10th November.
If you are still not seeing your classes in the class list, please 'Refresh class list' and then it should return to normal.
The LTE Team and ITS are continuing to investigate this issue.
