[Physstaff] Asset Register - Single items above £5K form

Dear All

A form to record single asset items above £5k is now available in the general office.  Shirley has printed out hard copies of the form and they are located next to the box with the delivery notes.

Please ensure the asset register form  is completed for any single asset item above £5k.  This form should be completed  at the same time your return your delivery notes to Shirley.
Personal computers, regardless of the value should also be recorded on the asset register.
Please note that if items are not recorded on the asset register then they are not insured by the University.
