Who Is It for?

All individuals with business ideas, spin-outs, start-ups, scale-ups or, existing companies looking to launch new technology solutions and/or existing companies who haven't discovered a scalable, repeatable, profitable business model.

Too many spin-outs and start-ups fail because they rush to launch a technology solution without fully understanding the opportunity and the challenges they face. Simply, assuming you understand your customer and how to meet their needs and focussing on the execution of the launch and promotion of a business will often lead to failure.

We take a forensic approach to highlighting and defining assumptions buried within the plan and use an iterative process of 'define hypothesis'; 'design experiment'; 'test' and 'learn' to gain the evidence which Founders need to arrive at a clear fit between customer, problem and solution and secondly design a business model that is fit for purpose.

Kind regards,

Debbie
