[Physstaff] Dignity and Respect Policy

Dear All,

The Department has recently received a complaint from a student covering amongst other things 1) the use of foul and abusive language and 2) the withholding of references. Please can I remind you all of the University’s Dignity and Respect Policy which can be accessed at http://www.strath.ac.uk/media/ps/humanresources/policies/DignityandRespectPolicy.pdf and that students are entitled to see any reference written about them. It may be good practice to cc the student into any email that you send containing a reference.
