[Physstaff] FW: Visit from Dr Skarda, KE manager, STFC.

Dear All

Dr Vlad Skarda, Knowledge Exchange Manager from STFC, will be visiting the department on Wed. 6th of July. He will give a short presentation (20-30 min) on "impact funding schemes" in JA 504 at 10am.  He will notably draw our attention to a £1.5B global challenge research fund.  Following his talk Dr Skarda will answer any questions.

A  copy of the presentation of Dr Skarda is attached.
