Professor Duncan Graham has now taken over as Interim Head of Department from Prof Murphy.  There is a  generic HoD e-mail address:  chemistry.hod at strath.ac.uk<mailto:chemistry.hod at strath.ac.uk>.  and all HoD related business could be sent to this address. Any research or personal business for Prof Graham should still be sent to his own e-mail address.
