[Physstaff] Room for rent email

Hi All,

I am aware that the PhD intake will start soon and I'm writing to let people know that I have a spare room available from the middle of September/Start of October.

It's in Dennistoun so is only a 20 min walk from the University. The room has a double bed and is fully furnished, It will be around £475 pcm (and this includes all bills).
