*Thomas and Margaret Roddan Trust*

The Trustees of the Thomas and Margaret Roddan Trust are offering a 
small number of bursaries of between £500 and £3,000 to undergraduate 
students who have completed at least one year of study or postgraduate 
students undertaking either taught masters' or research degrees.  
   Postgraduate students commencing a course in September 2013 are not 
eligible.  This award is open to continuing postgraduate students only.

These awards are open to both students who have their ordinary residence 
in Scotland and students who have their ordinary residence outside the 
United Kingdom but who are studying in Scotland.

Candidates must complete an application form and personal statement. 
Candidates will be required to prove hardship and detail how an award 
would help further their education and career goals.  The awards cannot 
be used to cover tuition fees.

The closing date for applications is Friday 24 May 2013.  The Trustees 
hope to announce results by Friday 16 August 2013.
