[Postgrad] Expense Claim Forms

Hi All,

When submitting your expense claim forms can you please ensure the following;


*         There is a photocopy of all of your receipts along with the original receipts

*         You have signed the form

*         There is a note of the correct budget code

*         All the details are filled in completely

Incomplete forms can cause delay in payment. If expense claim forms are handed in without meeting the above criteria then they will be put back in your pigeon hole with a note asking for the missing information.
