[Postgrad] PG staff-student committee

[Gordon Robb]

I'm looking for volunteers to act as student reps on the department's PG 
staff-student committee, particularly:

- a 1st year PhD student
- an IoP student

If you are interested, please let me know by the end of the week. If 
there are lots of applicants we'll need to hold an election.
