Please see below a summary of a message from Rob Martin in his new capacity as Vice Dean Research - we're looking for one volunteer from the later years of PhD study in the dept who would like to help out with the new PGR student induction. Any help would be much appreciated both by us and by the new intake.

'We're planning the University/Faculty PGR Induction day on 8th October. The Faculty part runs from 14h30-17h00 and we looking for recent PGR graduates or students from later years of a PhD who can take part - talking about their experiences at Strathclyde and interacting with the new PGRs. We're looking for one volunteer who can contribute. Volunteer names are needed by 15 Sept.'
