[Postgrad] H&S Information

Hi All,

I am in the process of transferring Post Graduate Health & Safety information onto SharePoint and I see that the majority of you, may not have not returned your  Induction Part 1 info, ( S17 form, Questionnaire) and/or Part 2 info (S27 Form).
Not having this information means that, you and the Department are both breaking Health & Safety legislation and Law.

To rectify this, I have attached the Induction procedure form along with an S17, S27.
Please complete the required forms, following the instruction given in the attached, 'Physics Induction', and return them to me as soon as possible, even if you are sure that you have previously done so.
Remember that most of the check list, (Day1, Day 2, within 2 weeks), parts of the S27, were covered in the safety lecture given in the department when you first arrived.

Sorry for the extra work incurred rectifying this, omitted/ clerical, error.
