Dear students,

The EPSRC CDTs in Photonic Integration & Advanced Data Storage, Applied Photonics, and Intelligent Sensing & Measurement have arranged a career-focused workshop event and we invite all interested students to participate.

Photonics Meets Real-World Applications - the Business of Integrative Technology
Location: TIC, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow
Time: Monday 22nd October, 09:00-18:00

Before signing up, please keep the following in mind:

- There are three (3) different workshop sessions, 11:00-12:00, 12:00-13:00, and 14:00-15:00. You can attend one (1) workshop per session. You may choose which workshop you want to attend in each session, but they are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

- Whilst we are doing our best to provide these workshops as advertised now, they may be subject to change depending on availability of speakers etc.

- CV clinics run during the workshops, and you will have to miss out on workshop time to do the 10-15 minute session. Preparation requests to follow, sign up now so we can allocate slots and availability.

Aside from the workshops, another highlight will hopefully be the Pathfinders event, which will be a panel of CDT alumni with a variety of career paths they have branched off into!

There will also be a drinks reception at the end of the day.
