FAO: 1ST YEAR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

Dear All

I refer to Gordon's previous email regarding the PhD Progression/assessment information.  I am contacting you with regards to  the 1st years'  Conference.  Please can you kindly confirm your attendance and provide the information requested below also?  post

On the day you will be roughly leaving around 8:00am from the University and returning from Ross Priory about 6:00pm.  A buffet lunch and high tea will be served on the day.  Attached is the menu for the High Tea.  Please can you give me your choice plus let me know if you have any special dietary requirements?

I also need to confirm the number for the bus, please can you let me know if you require a space on the  bus?  If you do, please can you also give me a note of your mobile number in case of any issues with the bus.

Please note that timings may be subject to change.
