[Postgrad] room availability

Dear All,

Seiju Hasegawa, a post-graduate student from Waseda University, Japan, 
will come to work
here from the 1st of June to the 30th of October and is looking for a 
room not too far away
from the University. The accommodation office has not been very helpful,
so I wonder if you know of places with rooms available or you can 
suggest where
to look for them.

I would be very grateful if you could contact Seiju, copied in, with any 
suggestions.
