Subject: RKES Survey

Dear All

I was hoping you would be able to help me with something? RKES are having an overhaul of our online resources as part of a bid to improve our services. We have an open door policy when it comes to calls and emails but sometimes it might be quicker or easier to find information you need online, especially if there is a tight deadline. Our website and Sharepoint site (known as the Portal) are being rebuilt with this in mind and we'd love to know what you'd like to see on these new sites.

I would be very grateful if you would fill in this survey for us and pass on the link to your colleagues to help further promote it.

RKES SURVEY<https://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fstrath.eu.qualtrics.com%2Fjfe%2Fform%2FSV_0OOlC02amLehsPz&data=02%7C01%7Ckirsten.munro%40strath.ac.uk%7C517c3cc87e314312017408d80c636b88%7C631e0763153347eba5cd0457bee5944e%7C0%7C0%7C637272968428805094&sdata=Y9z4PXYlWLhnAhy7Hf9K3IjNDMZvuHnN3xCReNeJQjs%3D&reserved=0>

We are looking for people at different stages of their career so we get a good all round view of what is important to people who are both new starts up to more seasoned staff.

We are also keen to hear from different types of staff who use our services, whether that's an academic, a postgraduate researcher or someone who helps academics to access our services, who maybe has a professional services or administrative role.

The survey will be running until 22nd June and should take around 10 - 15 minutes to complete.

Thank you so much.
