[Postgrad] 2nd year PG poster session - guidance for presenters

Guidance notes are attached for students presenting posters at the 2nd 
year PhD poster session.

The poster session will take place on Thursday 19th August at 2pm via 
Gather.Town (see notes).

A poster template attached (based on a template from a recent SUPA 
showcase event) shows an example of a layout and size which is clearly 
legible online and will load for viewing in a reasonable time. It is not 
intended to be a compulsory, rigid format/template for all posters.

Students should upload 2 versions of the poster in PNG or JPG format via 
the PhD student MyPlace page (link in notes):
- the poster in original size
- a half-size version, which will be used as a preview/thumbnail
See the notes for additional details and instructions.

Poster files, titles and brief abstract should be submitted via MyPlace 
by *Monday 16th August*.

A link to the poster session on Gather.Town and a schedule will be 
distributed in due course.
