[Postgrad] 2nd year PhD posters - clarification

A point I should have clarified :

- the specific poster format mentioned in my previous email (landscape, 
PNG or JPG etc.) applies *only* to the version to be submitted for 
viewing at the poster session on 19th August.

- these requirements are not necessary for the poster which is to be 
submitted along with your annual review on SPIDER. This will only be 
viewed by your viva committee at your viva   so there is more 
flexibility here - it can be PDF, portrait etc.  if you wish - just so 
as long as it's legible.
